摘要
基于不同的蓄热性能,设计了普通堆肥、大棚堆肥和太阳能堆肥装置,对比研究了城市污泥在3种不同装置中的高温好氧堆肥效果。结果表明,太阳能可为污泥好氧堆肥过程提供稳定的热源,确保堆肥在高效温度段运行,经过40 d的堆肥处理,太阳能堆肥装置可使污泥的含水率从59.59%降低到47.20%、TOC含量由92%降至65%、GI值达到108.3%,堆肥效果最佳。
Ordinary, greenhouse and solar composting devices were designed based on their differ- ent regeneration performances. The thermophilic aerobic composting effects of sewage sludge in three ex- perimental devices were compared. The results showed that solar energy could provide a stable heat source for aerobic composting of sewage sludge, ensuring composting during the thermophilic period. Af- ter 40 d of composting, the solar composting device could decrease the water content in sewage sludge from 59.59% to 47.20%, reduce TOC from 92% to 65% and achieve GI of 108.3%.
