摘要
针对竞争对手组建竞合战略关系的重要动机——学习伙伴的核心知识,探讨了竞合成员对学习策略的选择机制.基于组织学习理论、资源依赖理论以及交易成本经济学理论,构建了竞合关系中成员对探索式学习和挖掘式学习两种学习策略选择偏好的理论假设,并借助115家制造业企业的问卷调查数据对假设进行验证.研究发现:竞合策略对挖掘式学习策略有显著的正向影响;控制机制完备程度对竞合策略与探索式学习策略的关系有显著的正向调节作用;投入资源相似程度对竞合策略与挖掘式学习策略的关系有显著的负向调节作用.
Learning partner's core knowledge is a critical motive for firms to participate in co-opetition relationships. It discusses the the decision on learning strategy, especially the explorative learning strategy and exploitative learning strategy. Based on survey data, relative hypotheses are examined. It finds that co-opetition strategy can significantly stimulate the exploitative learning. Further, the fuller the control methods, the more the explorative learning between partners will be. In the aspect of features of critical resources invested to alliance, asymmetric resource investment is beneficial for explorative learning.
