摘要
气体模式在呼吸机气流质量控制中是重要的一组参数。它包括气体的种类、环境温度、气体温度以及修正模式。本文对NPB840和Servo-i两类呼吸机在不同气体模式设置下进行了系统的质量控制研究,以此提高呼吸机质量控制的正确性及检测效率。
Gas mode of the ventilator is one of the important parameters about medical ventilator quality control (QC). It contains gas type, gas temperature, ambient temperature and gas mode. Gas mode is one parameter which directly affects the correction of the QC. Two types of ventilators named NPB840 and Servo-I were detected with different settings. The experiment found that the display value had the error more than 35% and 15% in extreme "gas type" setting and "correction mode" setting, which beyond the national standard. This paper studied gas mode systematacially, and offered some settings of normal ventilators to promote the QC efficiency for the QC staff in the hospital.
