摘要
本文介绍了我院呼吸机管理中心的管理模式,针对出现的问题遵循PDCA的模式不断改进,实现对医院的呼吸机的集中、动态、专人管理,达到合理调配,为临床提供技术支持,以更好地为临床服务。
Huizhou Municipal Central Hospital was taken in this paper as an example to point out the issues that needed to be improved in the management mode of ventilators. On the basis of this, corresponding improvement methods were raised in accordance with PDCA （Plan-Do-Check-Action） rules so as to realize centralized, dynamic and specific-staff-charged management and appropriate allocation of ventilators. Thus, with technical support to the clinical practices, high-quality clinical services could be offered to patients in this hospital.
