摘要
为确定植物饮料在线调配生产线CIP(Deaning in Dace,原位清洗)清洗的最优条件,以微生物检测结果为指标,采用清洗用水、清洗剂碱、清洗剂酸3个主要因素进行正交试验。结果表明:当在线调配的清洗流量降低至9000L/h时,与传统清洗效果一致,即优化后的CIP清洗能够大大节约清洗的成本费用。
With a view of determining the optimal conditions for CIP (Cleaning in Place)of online blending production lines for vegetable beverages,an orthogonal design,using 3 main factors (water for washing,cleaning agent alkali and cleaning solvent acid),was carried out with the results of microbiological tests as an indicator. The results indicated that with cleaning flow reduced to 9000L/h,the same cleaning effect could be achieved as with conventional cleaning,based on which it was conclude that cleaning cost can be greatly saved with the optimized CIP.
