摘要
对"90后"大学生心理行为特点及学习表现以及传统教育模式和创新教育之间的矛盾做了分析,并结合作者多年教学经验,对"90后"大学生高校教学方法进行了研究与尝试,在课堂组织、人文关怀及教师自身素质等方面进行了探索。
An analysis was carried out on the characteristics of psychological behavior and learning performance of post-1990s undergraduates as well as the contradictions between traditional education models and innovative ones. Based upon the author’s many years of teaching experiences,researches on and attempts for the teaching methods for these undergraduates were made for the exploration in the aspects of classroom management,humanistic care as well as the self-quality of teachers.
