长江流域水资源管理决策支持系统,运用先进的计算机科学、地理信息系统、网络通信及数据库等技术,集成和完善水资源、水动力数学模型及相关工具组件,将系统、模型和水文、水资源数据库三者紧密地联系成一体,提高水利信息化的应用水平和工作效率,为长江流域水资源管理提供技术支持和应用平台。
Yangtze river basin water resources management and decision support system is constructed by using advanced computer science, geographic information systems, network communication and database technology. It has integrated water resources, hydrodynamic models and related functions modules. The systems, models and databases are associated closely to improve water resources information application level and work efficiency. It also offers the technical support and application platform for the Yangtze River basin water resources management.
