摘要
利用冶金工程流程学的思想分析重机厂"炼钢-锻造"工序的匹配情况,在此基础上提出真空室与锭型之间的优化匹配关系,确定各真空室所浇注的锭型,可以有效减少劳动强度,提高生产效率。
According to the idea of Metallurgical process engineering, the situation of matching of steel making - forging process of CFHI was analyzed and the optimized matching relationship between the vacuum chamber and ingot was discussed, which can effectively reduce the labour intensity and improve the production efficiency.
