摘要 目前,鱼类加工产业链经济效益已经出现瓶颈,且此行业竞争压力渐趋增大,利用鱼脑提取脑磷脂是提高其经济效益改善行业形势的途径,但是目前没有成型的鱼脑提取设备。为此,设计了一种鱼脑提取装置,主要包括夹持机构、钻孔机构以及吸取机构,装置使用PLC进行控制,为适应潮湿工作环境以气力为驱动,可完成鱼的夹持、钻孔、鱼脑吸取和后续作业传递等作业。鱼脑提取作业试验标明,鱼脑提取装置以经过采肉工序后质量300~500 g的罗非鱼为作业对象,生产效率可达342条/h,作业成功率达90%。 According to the economic efficiency bottleneck of the fish processing industry has appeared and it is facing increasing competition,extracting cephalin from a fish brain is a way of improving the economic benefits and the situation of fish processing industry.This study designed a fish brain extraction machine for there is no molding similar equipment in the world.The machine include clamping agency,perforating agency and extracting agency.It is using Pneumatic working mode to adapt to the damp working environment and through PLC to control it.The fish brain extraction machine can complete fish clamping,drilling,fish brain extracting and subsequent job transfer through these agencies.The machine production efficiency proven up to 342 per hour and work success rate proven up to 90%,experiment with tilapia weighing 300-500g after flesh cutting.
