摘要
根据新疆核桃加工现状,介绍了6HT-600型核桃破壳加工成套设备的关键设备和操作要点。对核桃精深加工的关键技术—核桃破壳技术进行试验研究,以扎343号核桃为原料,利用新疆农业科学院农业机械化研究所研制的核桃破壳加工成套设备,通过单因素试验和正交实验,确定核桃破壳加工的最佳工艺条件:生产率为600kg/h,破壳间隙为32mm,电机转速为1 300r/min。在此工艺条件下,1/2仁的得率为72%。
According to present situation of walnut processing,this paper introduced the key equipment and operation points of 6ht-600 walnut shells broken processing equipment.Taking zha-343 walnut as raw materials,and using walnut shell broken processing equipment made in Xinjiang academy of agricultural sciences institute of agricultural mechanization,the key technology of walnut further processing-walnut shell broken technology is researched.Through single factor tests and orthogonal experiments,the optimum process conditions were determined: productivity was 600 kg/h,cracked interval was 32 mm,and motor speed was 1300 r/min,under which process conditions,yield of walnut kernel is 72%.
