摘要
以种植黄瓜的楼顶Venlo型温室为研究对象,采用CFD数值模拟技术建立了南方梅雨季节下温室内温湿度场的三维稳态模型,并通过采集关键位置的温度和湿度数据与仿真结果比较。结果发现:测试点的温度误差除少数外均控制在3℃之内,相对误差控制在10%之内;相对湿度误差在4%之内,相对误差在6%之内。温室内小气候模拟模型的建立对优化温室控制系统参数设置和预测不同天气情况下室内的温度环境变化具有参考意义。
In this paper,the 3D temperature and humidity field steady simulation of the Venlo-type greenhouse on the roof was modeled in a steady state by means of computational fluid dynamics(CFD).The experiment was carried out in the plum rainy season in south China and there are cucumber plants in the greenhouse.The model was verified by comparing the numerical result with experimental data.Compare with the result of key locations in the greenhouse between simulation and experiment,the results are in good agreement.The temperature relative error is less than 10% except few points,relative humidity relative error is less than 6%.Greenhouse microclimate simulation model is a reference for optimizing greenhouse control system parameter setting and predicting the change of indoor climate in different weather conditions.
