摘要
通过调查39所"985工程"高校图书馆读者违规处理政策,从逾期不还、污损书刊、遗失书刊和偷盗书刊4种高校图书馆读者违规行为入手,对高校图书馆违规处理政策进行深入比较分析,发现其中存在的更新滞后、与实际脱节、形式单一等方面的问题,并提出合理化建议。
The paper takes a survey on readers＇ violation treatment policy of 985 the four kinds of readers illegal behaviors of university library, that is overdue, this paper comparatively analyzes the readers＇ violation treatment policy at a problems of delayed updating, out of touch with reality and single form, and university library. Starting from defiling, missing and stealing, deep level, finds the existing proposes some rationalization proposals.
