公共文化服务内容、人群和方式新探

A New Discussion about the Content, Crowd and Way of Pubic Cultural Service

随着《中共中央关于深化文化体制改革推动社会主义文化大发展大繁荣若干重大问题的决定》的下发,公共文化服务硬件条件不断得到改善,越来越多的普通百姓受益。但我们还要更深一步思考,我们到底要把什么样的文化内容交到群众的手里;在平等地获得了文化资源之后,是否应该更多地考虑获取的正义问题;服务对象对我们采取的服务方式是否认可,他们是否真正融入其中。文章通过这几个方面的新的思索,给公共文化服务体系建设提出了新的建议。

With the ＂decision＂ of the CPC Central Committee on deepening the reform of the cultural system to promote socialist cultural development and prosperity of some major issues, the hardware conditions of public cultural service continue to improve, more and more common people benefit. But we will have a deeper thinking, what kind of cultural content we should provide for the public. After Accessing cultural resources equally, whether we should give more consideration to the justice of access, whether the service methods are approved by servie object, whether they are really into it. This article is through several aspects of new thinking, puts forward new proposals for the construction of public cultural service system.
