摘要
通过对第三方免费商业服务的深度挖掘和有效利用,实现了一套免费、简单、稳定的图书超期短信催还系统,破解了传统系统因运营成本高昂而难以推广的难题。在此案例成功实施的基础上,文章提出,对于经费和信息技术有限的图书馆,借助免费商业服务是提升图书馆服务水平的一条新思路。
This paper introduces a SMS reminding system based on third-party free public services. It is free, simple, stable and much more economical than traditional solution. Inspired by the success of this system, the paper points out that library with the limited budget and information technology can improve its service with the help of the free public services.
