摘要
根据微藻培养周期长以及对于大容器密闭培养难于取培养液的需求,采用在线测量OD,获取微藻的生长状况;在线OD测量系统,通过微控制器STM32F107VC输出PWM波形控制蠕动泵,实现培养液的在线获取;采用比色法测量溶液的吸光度,通过RS485将测量数据传输到上位机;试验过程中主要测光电池输出电流值和计算测得OD值,测得电流输出范围为10-16μA,OD值范围为0-3;测试结果表明,该系统能够较准确的测得OD值;该设计实现了OD的在线测量,为微藻培养带来方便。
According to the needs of microalgae culture cycle is long and the closed large container is difficult to take the medium, meas- ure the OD on-- line to get microalgae growth conditions. On-- line OD measurement system use microcontroller STM32F107VC output PWM waveform to driver peristaltic pump to take the culture medium. Using the colorimetric method to measure the solution absorbance and transfer the data to the host computer by RS485. During the test, the main measure parameters are output current of the photocell and value of OD by calculating, the range of the output current is 10-- 16μA and the OD range is 0--3.
