摘要 提出了将虚拟仪器技术应用于过程控制和以实时图像化方式监控过程控制系统的方案;以单容水箱液位过程控制系统为例,通过USB接口摄像头采集实时现场图像;利用LabVIEW平台开发液位测量、处理、现场图像采集与处理、远程传输、PID算法程序,实现了液位远程可视化监控;在液位设定值为180mm的条件下进行实验;实验结果表明,系统运行稳定,满足控制要求;工作人员不用身临现场,可以通过现场图像监控过程控制系统的运行情况,保证系统可靠运行。 The paper puts forward a design scheme, in which the virtual instrument technology is applied to the process control system, and the system is monitored by real--time field images. A process control system of a water tank liquid level was as an example. By using LabVIEW soft, some programs were developed, incluing liquid level measurement, treatment, field images collection and treatment, re- mote transmission, PID algorithm etc. The process control system was monitored and controled by the program with remote and visual ima- ges. Under the conditions of liguid level at 180mm, the experiment was completed. The results show that the system is stalbe, and the workers can monitor and control the system by visual images, not be in field, and can ensure the system running safely.
