摘要
针对传统的IDE驱动程序不能有效地支持SATA盘数据传输和SATA协议高级功能等问题,在对实时操作系统VxWorks 6.8设备驱动框架(Vxbus)和原理进行了研究,并对AHCI协议内容进行了分析之后,实现了大容量存储模块的AHCI驱动程序;AHCI驱动组件的形式加入VxWorks系统映像,保持了驱动的独立性;对驱动程序的测试结果表明,AHCI驱动大幅度提升了大容量存储模块的传输性能,具有广泛使用价值。
The traditional IDE driver can' t effectively support data transfer of SATA disks and advanced features of the SATA proto- col After studying the device driver framework (Vxbus), researching on the principles of real--time operating system VxWorks 6. 8 and analyzing the AHCI protocol, a AHCI driver for the Massive Storage Module is implemented. The AHCI driver added to the VxWorks sys- tem image in the form of components maintains the independence of the drive. The test results of the driver shows that the AHCI driver greatly enhances the transmission speed of the mass storage module , and are worthy of using abroad.
