剖宫产瘢痕妊娠的发病率及发病原因分析

剖宫产术后子宫瘢痕处妊娠是剖宫产手术的一种远期并发症,是一种特殊的子宫肌层妊娠,是异位妊娠的一种少见形式。剖宫产手术后,子宫切口愈合处会形成一道瘢痕。再次妊娠时,受精卵恰好种植在瘢痕部位作为"栖身之所",称为剖宫产瘢痕妊娠(caesarean scar pregnancy,CSP)。CSP病因尚不明确,可能原因有憩室形成学说以及切口缺损学说。
