神秘果叶对小鼠高尿酸血症模型影响观察 被引量:7

摘要 目的:探讨神秘果叶对高尿酸血症的影响,为临床用药提供依据。方法:采用黄嘌呤+乙胺丁醇造KM小鼠高尿酸血症模型,观察神秘果叶对血尿酸、血糖、胆固醇等水平的影响。结果:神秘果叶低、中、高剂量组均可降低黄嘌呤+乙胺丁醇致高尿酸血症模型小鼠的血尿酸(UA)水平,与模型组比较,差异显著(P<0.01)。结论:神秘果叶有一定的降尿酸作用。 Objective:To investigate the effects of Miracle fruit leaf extract on uric acid in mice with hyperuricemia. Methods:Mice models with hyperuricemia were induced with adenine and ethambutol as well as uric acid in blood were measured to observe the in- fluence of miracle fruit leaf extract on mice models with hyperuricemia. Results : Miracle fruit leaf extract can significantly reduce u- ric acid in blood of mice with hyperuricemia. Conclusion : Miracle fruit leaf can improve pathological changes of hyperuricema.
