云南松松塔中木质素分析

Analysis of Lignin Complex from Pine Cone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch

目的:从云南松松塔中提取木质素并对其进行分析。方法:根据试样特有的官能团进行定性分析,并采用Kalson法进行含量测定。结果:确定所提取的物质为木质素类成分,并测定出其含量为32.34%。结论:该法简单易行,可以作为云南松松塔中木质素成分的鉴别和含量测定方法。

Objective：To extract the lignin from pine cone of P. yunnanensis Fr. and analysis the lignin content. Methods：To es- tablish the qualitative analysis method according to specific functional group and the Kalson method for assaying. Results： Make sure the extract is lignin and the content is 32.34%. Conclusion：The identification and assaying method is easy and viable for lignin from Pine Cone of Pinus yunnanensis Franch,and it can be uesd for the identifiation and content determination of ligin.
