摘要
目的:建立干姜不同炮制品中总酚类的含量测定方法。方法:以香草醛溶液为对照,运用紫外分光光度法对干姜炮制品化学成分中总酚类成分进行对比研究。结果:在280nm处检测可得干姜的平均含量为1.149%,炮姜的平均含量为1.036%,姜炭的平均含量为1.573%。结论:姜炭的含量较高,可能是鞣质在280nm处也有吸收。
Objective:To establish different processed products ginger method for the determination of total phenols.Methods:vanillin solution as a control,the use of UV spectrophotometry ginger chemical composition of processed products total phenolic constituents were compared.Results:The detection at 280 nm can be obtained ginger average content of 1.149 percent,Bao Jiang average content of 1.036 percent,ginger carbon content of 1.573 percent average.Conclusion:Jiang carbon content is higher,probably tannin at 280 nm has absorbed.
