放疗联合紫衫醇奈达铂化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌临床观察

Clinical Observation of Radiotherapy Combined with Paclitaxel and Nedaplatin Chemotherapy Treating Advanced Cervical Cancer

目的:探讨放疗联合紫衫醇奈达铂化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌的临床疗效,为临床研究提供参考依据。方法:连续收集48例入住我院的中晚期宫颈癌患者,详细记录其相关信息,采用随机数字法平均分为观察组和对照组两组,观察组患者给予放疗联合紫衫醇、奈达铂化疗治疗,对照组患者给予放疗联合顺铂治疗,对两组患者的临床疗效进行对比分析。结果:观察组患者总有效率95.8%,明显高于对照组患者总有效率75.0%,两组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者生存率1年87.5%、3年70.8%、5年58.3%,均明显高于对照组患者的58.3%、41.7%、20.8%,差异均有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者发生白细胞降低、恶性呕吐比例明显低于对照组,差异比较均有统计学意义(P<0.05);血小板降低、放射性膀胱炎、放射性直肠炎比较未见明显差异(P>0.05)。结论:放疗联合紫衫醇、奈达铂化疗治疗中晚期宫颈癌有较好的临床疗效,与单纯放疗相比,可以明显提高患者的生存率,有效抑制患者病情的发展,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To investigate the clinical effect of radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel and nedaplatin chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer.Methods：Continuous collection of 48 cases of middle-late stage of cervical cancer patients admitted to the hospital,a detailed record the relevant information,the digital method adopted randomly divided into observation group and control group two groups,observation group with radiotherapy in combination with the purple shirt to alcohol,nida＇s platinum chemotherapy treatment,control group patients were given radiotherapy in combination with cisplatin treatment measures,the clinical curative effect of two groups of patients were analyzed.Results：efficacy of Observation group patients were significantly higher 95.8% than the control group total effectiveness of 75.0%,difference between the two groups was statistically significant（P 0.05）.Observation group of patients 1 year survival rate 87.5% 87.5%,70.8% for 3 years,5 years survival rate were significantly higher than the control group patients were 58.3%,41.7%,58.3%,the differences was statistically significant（P0.05）.Observation group patients leukocyte reduction,pernicious vomiting ratio is significantly higher than control group,the differences of fl was statistically significant（P0.05）;Platelets,radioactive cystitis,radiation proctopathy showed no obvious difference（P0.05）.Conclusion：The exact clinical efficacy of radiotherapy combined with paclitaxel alcohol Nida platinum chemotherapy in the treatment of advanced cervical cancer can significantly improve the survival rate and improve the quality of life,adverse reactions,should be widely applied.
