射干麻黄汤辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎80例临床分析

Clinical Analysis of 80 Cases of Shegan Mahuangtang Adjunctive Therapy in Children with Bronchiolitis

目的:研究射干麻黄汤对小儿毛细支气管炎的临床辅助治疗效果。方法:将80例小儿毛细支气管炎患儿随机分为观察组和对照组各40例,对照组进行常规用药治疗,观察组在对照组常规治疗的基础上加用射干麻黄汤辅助治疗,观察比较两组治疗效果。结果:观察组总有效率为95.0%,对照组总有效率为75.0%,观察组疗效显著优于对照组(P<0.05)。结论:射干麻黄汤辅助治疗小儿毛细支气管炎有较好的疗效,值得临床推广应用。

Objective：To study the Gan Ma Huang Tang on children with bronchiolitis clinical effect of adjuvant therapy.Methods：80 cases of children with bronchiolitis were randomLy divided into observation group and control group,40 cases in the control group for routine drug treatment,observation group were given conventional therapy based on the use Shegan Mahuangtang adjuvant treatment,observation and comparison two therapeutic effect.Results：The total effective rate was 95.0% in the control group,the total effective rate was 75.0% in the observation group,which was significantly better than the control group（P0.05）.Conclusion：Shegan Mahuangtang adjuvant in the treatment of children with bronchiolitis has a good effect,it is worthy of clinical application.
