摘要
针对镁法脱硫浆液氧化催化剂工业化的实际应用进行研究,结果表明:使用催化剂Catalyst TR后,脱硫浆液的氧化时间可缩短为4 h即能达到硫酸镁溶液含量20%以上,氧利用率可提高到20%以上,且考虑氧化系统运行成本后,使用含量0.001 mol/L的催化剂Catalyst TR较经济合理,最终能够产出符合工业硫酸镁一级品标准的七水硫酸镁产品。
It was researched the industrialized use of the oxidative catalysts of the magnesium desulfurization slurry.The results showed that by using of Catalyst TR,the desulfurization slurry oxidation time could be shortened to 4 h,the magnesium sulfate solution could achieve more than 20%,the oxygen utilization could be increased to more than 20%,and after considering the oxidation system running cost,it was more economical to use the 0.001 mol/L Catalyst TR.The final product was up to the first grade of the industrial magnesium sulfate standard.
