高温菌剂的添加时间对污泥堆肥指标影响研究 被引量:8

STUDY ON IMPACT OF DIFFERENT ADDING TIME OF THERMOPHILIC BACTERIA ON INDEXES OF SEWAGE SLUDGE COMPOSTING

摘要 为研究高温菌剂对堆肥指标的影响,实验采用对照方法,分别设计了不加菌剂(1号)、在堆肥开始时加入常温菌(2号)和高温菌剂(3号)、在堆肥物料升温至45℃左右加入高温菌剂(4号)四种处理方式,探讨发酵过程中堆肥温度、水分、pH值、NH4+-N、总氮和有机质含量变化。结果显示:4号堆体升温是最快的,且4号堆体在各项堆肥指标上均明显优于其他三组。说明后加高温菌剂能够加快堆肥的升温速度,更好地促进有机物的降解,提高堆肥的最高温度,延长堆肥高温期,且能在一定程度上控制高温阶段pH,减少氮素流失,提高污泥堆肥效果。 To study the effects of thermophilic bacteria on sludge composting,contrast tests were implemented,in which four kinds of treatments were designed,i.e.no bacteria added(method 1),adding normal temperature bacteria(method 2) and thermophilic bacteria(method 3) at the beginning of composting respectively,and adding thermophilic bacteria when the fermentation temperature of composting material raised to about 45 ℃(method 4),to investigate the changes in the fermentation temperature,compost water content,pH,NH+4-N,total nitrogen and organic matter at different fermentation time.The result showed that the elevated temperature was the fastest for method 4,and each composting index of method 4 was better than the others.It was indicated that thermophilic bacteria added later could speed up the temperature increasing rate,enhance the degradation of organic matter effectively,raise the highest temperature of composting,prolong the compost high-temperature period,and control pH during high-temperature period to some extent,as well as decrease the loss of nitrogen and improve effects of the sewage sludge composting.
