权力与学术职业分层——学校权力对高校教师职务晋升影响的实证研究

On Power and Academic Profession Stratification——The Empirical Study on the Power Influence Faculties’ Rank Promotion

通过实证研究考察行政权力、学术权力对高校教师职务晋升的影响,结果表明:高校教师职务晋升是行政权力和学术权力共同影响的结果,行政权力和学术权力对不同类型院校教师职务晋升、不同层级教师职务晋升的影响内容和影响程度不同。有必要进一步明晰行政权力、学术权力界限,降低行政权力对教师职务晋升的影响,发挥院系一级学术权力在学术职业分层过程中的作用。

Based on empirical survey, this article investigates the influence on the facul- ties＂ rank promotion from administrative power and academic power of universities. The re- search finds that the influences from administrative and academic power on rank promotion of different levels of faculties are different, and the effects are also different. The study con- firms that administrative power of universities has an important influence on faculties＇ rank promotion. Therefore, it is necessary to clarify the boundaries of administrative power and academic power, and to restrict the administrative power＇s influence on faculties＇ rank pro- motion, and make full use of academic power in institute and department.
