T淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞和巨噬细胞在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜中的表达 被引量:2

摘要 目的通过观察子宫内膜异位症(endometriosis,EMs)患者在位内膜中免疫细胞CD45RO、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56和CD68阳性细胞数量表达,探讨T淋巴细胞、自然杀伤细胞和巨噬细胞在子宫内膜异位症在位内膜中的表达变化以及意义;方法应用免疫组织化学染色方法,采用CD45RO、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56、CD68单克隆抗体对45例EMs患者在位内膜中的阳性细胞进行标记,测定其在EM患者在位内膜中的表达数量。同期选取16例宫颈原位癌非EMs患者作为对照;结果 EMs组和对照组在位内膜中均有CD45RO、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56和CD68阳性细胞表达,EMs组在位内膜中的CD45RO、CD8、CD68阳性细胞数量明显高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05),CD3、CD4阳性细胞数量略高于对照组,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),CD56阳性细胞数量较对照组无明显改变,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。CD4+/CD8+比值较对照组降低,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者分泌期内膜中CD45RO、CD3、CD4、CD8、CD56、CD68阳性细胞数量较增殖期增加,但差异无统计学意义(P>0.05);结论 EMs患者在位内膜中免疫细胞的数量变化影响机体免疫功能的改变,在EMs的发生、发展中起着重要作用。 Objective:To investigate the population of CD45RO,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD56 and CD68 positive cells in eutopic endometrium of the patients with endometriosis and to determinethe expressions and roles of T-lymphocytes,nature killer cells and macrophage in endometriosis.Methods:Monoclonal antibodies against CD45RO,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD56 and CD68 were used for immunohistochemieal staining to detect the expressions of positive cells in eutopic endometrium of the patients with endometriosis.Endometrium from 16 patients with carcinoma in situ of cerviX were used as control.Rusults:While cells staining positive for CD45RO,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD56 and CD68 were present in the eutopic endometrium of tissues from both theendometriosis and control groups,the positive expressions of CD45RO,CD8,CD68 cells ofeutopic endometrium in the patients with endometriosis were significantly higher than those of control group(P0.05).CD3,CD4 positive cells were also slightly increased in the eutopic endometriosis groups compared with the control group,but this difference was not statistically significant(P0.05).There was no significant difference in the percentage of CD56 positive cells between endometriosis patients and the control group(P0.05).The ratio of CD4+/CD8+ lymphocytes in the eutopic endometrium was lower than that of control group(P0.05).Therewas no significant difference between the expressions of CD45RO,CD3,CD4,CD8,CD56 and CD68 in eutopic endometrium and control cases during the transition from the proliferative phase to the secretory phase.Conclusion:The leukocytes in eutopic endometrium are involved in the development and the progression of endometriosis.
