摘要 目的建立测定人体精液中2,3-吲哚醌(ISA)浓度的液相方法。方法精液处理后用乙酸乙酯提取,提取液吹干加盐酸溶解后进样,采用高效液相色谱仪外标法检测2,3-吲哚醌的含量结果 2,3-吲哚醌在30~1000μg/L范围内线性关系良好(r=0.9996),回归方程为A=87.366c-381.68,最低检测限为9ng。结论该测定方法准确可靠,可用于精液中2,3-吲哚醌的含量测定。 Objective:To establish a method to determination ISA in human semen by HPLC.Methods:The semen was extract by ethyl acetate after processed,and the extract was blown dry by nitrogen.The content was determined by HPLC with External standard method.Results:The linear regression for ISA ranged from 200 to 5000μg/L(r=0.9998),regression equation is A=86.834c-378.89.The limit of detection(LOD) is 9ng.Conclusion:This method was sensitive,accurate.And it can be used for the determination of ISA.
