玻璃纤维桩在外伤冠折年轻恒牙修复中的临床应用 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨玻璃纤维桩在年轻恒牙冠折修复中的临床应用效果。方法选择50例年轻恒牙冠折的患儿共80颗患牙,先用Vitapex进行根尖诱导成形术,再对残冠残根进行玻璃纤维桩核冠和螺纹钉桩核冠修复,并进行定期临床检查。结果 1年后经玻璃纤维桩树脂核冠修复的50颗患牙中有48颗修复成功,成功率为96.0﹪。经螺纹钉树脂桩核冠修复的30颗患牙中有24颗修复成功,成功率为80.0﹪,两种方法修复成功率具有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论玻璃纤维桩在年轻恒牙冠折修复中效果理想,可以满足临床要求。 Objective:To explore the clinical application efficacy of glass fiber post in repair of young permanent teeth after traumatic dental injury.Methods:Fifty patients with 80 crown fracture were selected.Vitapex was used in apexification,and the residual crowns and roots were restored with the glass fiber post core cown and threaded nail core cown.The patients were reexamined at months 3,6,9,12 after operation.Results:After one year,Among the 50 teeth treated with resin nuclear crown repair by glass fiber post,48 teeth were repaired successfully,the success rate was 96.0﹪.Among the 30 teeth treated with resin nuclear crown repair by threaded nail,24 teeth were repaired successfully,the success rate was 80.0﹪.there was significant difference between the two groups(P0.05).Conclusion:The clinical efficacy of glass fiber post in repair of young pernmanent teeth after traumatic dental injury is ideal,and the method can satisfy the clinical demand
