抑郁症患者院外自杀行为调查与分析

Research and analysis about patients with depression who suicide outside hospital

目的探讨抑郁症患者院外自杀行为的特点,以便采取有效的防范措施,减轻造成的危害。方法从2001年～2010年期间在我院住院的抑郁症患者中,随机抽取500例,其中280例患者曾经发生过自杀行为,采用回顾性分析,对所得资料进行整理及统计处理。结果中青年女性、初中以下文化,丧偶或离异的抑郁症患者易发生自杀行为。结论自杀行为是抑郁症最常见及最严重的行为,应当引起高度警惕和重视,加强防范,同时也要普及精神卫生知识。

Objective：Employing the characteristics of patients＇suicides outside hospital,so that we can take active actions to defend it and to mitigate hurt.Methods：Choosing 500 patients from patients who received treatments in our hospital during2001and 2010,among these 500 patients,280 of them used suicide.Collecting relevant datas and athem.Results：Who acquired little women patients education,devoced or widowed are more likely to suicide.Conclusions：Suicides are the most common and the most dangerous behavours,we shoud be alert and pay attention to it.popularize relevant knowledge.
