摘要
目的研究吲哚-2,3-二酮的抗菌作用。方法进行吲哚-2,3-二酮的体内外抗菌实验及急性、慢性毒性实验。结果体外抗菌试验结果显示,吲哚-2,3-二酮最低抑菌浓度(MIC)在大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌均为750μg/ml,其最低杀菌浓度(MBC)在大肠杆菌及金黄色葡萄球菌均为3000μg/ml。体内抗菌试验结果显示,25 mg/kg吲哚-2,3-二酮可使大肠杆菌和金黄色葡萄球菌导致的小鼠死亡率降低40%。结论吲哚-2,3-二酮有抗菌作用。
Objective: To study the isatin's antibacterial activity.Methods: Isatin in vivo antibacterial experiments and acute and chronic toxicity experiments were done.Results: The in vitro antimicrobial tests showed that isatin's minimum inhibitory concentration(MIC) in Escherichia coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 750μg/ml,the minimum bactericidal concentration(MBC) in E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus was 3000μg/ml.Vivo antibacterial test results showed that 25mg/kg isatin could lead to 40% reduction in mortality caused by E.coli and Staphylococcus aureus in mice.Conclusion: Isatin has an antibacterial effect.
