脑出血患者术后提供层次需求应用护理理论的效果研究

A research on the effect of the application of hierarchy of needs theory on the patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgical operation

目的探讨脑出血患者术后不同阶段需求并应用Orem自理缺陷理论的护理效果。方法随机选择脑出血手术患者118例,分为对照组56例,观察组62例,对照组采用护理常规进行护理,观察组应用Orem自理缺陷理论评估患者的自理能力,根据病情不同的阶段,依据马斯洛的需要层次论,对患者实施三个护理系统,即:完全补偿护理系统、部分补偿护理系统、支持-教育系统。结果应用Orem自理缺陷理论模式护理的患者运动功能、言语表达、日常生活活动(ADL)等能力,显著高于对照组(P<0.01)。结论应用Orem自理缺陷理论护理脑出血手术患者可降低致残率,提高患者生活质量。

Objective： To discuss the needs of the patients in different periods with cerebral hemorrhage after surgical operation,and to explore the effect of the application of self-care deficit nursing theory.Methods： A random selection of 118 patients was made in this experiment.Among them,56 belonged to observation group,and 62 control group.The patients in control group had the regular nursing.According to the self-care deficit nursing theory and based on the different situation of the patients and Maslow＇s hierarchy of needs,the patients in the observation group adopted the three different nursing systems,that is,sciences-wholly compensatory nursing,partly compensatory nursing and supportive educative nursing.The result showed that the patients with the application of self-care deficit nursing theory had a higher ability in motor function,verbal expressions and daily life activities（ADL）,which were obviously higher than those in the control group（P0.01）.Conclusion： The application of self-care deficit nursing theory to the patients with cerebral hemorrhage after surgical operation can decrease disability rate and improve the life quality of the patients.
