摘要
用盐酸将头发中角蛋白水解成氨基酸,再经Waters AccQ-Fluor衍生剂衍生后,通过HPLC检测氨基酸含量变化评价头发受损程度。研究结果表明,建立的方法 (测定胱氨酸)相对标准偏差为1.12%,胱氨酸回收率为98.58%。同时,染色、漂白和烫发会破坏头发中的胱氨酸,导致胱氨酸含量降低,头发中胱氨酸含量随漂白时间及漂白剂用量增加而降低。
Keratins of hair were hydrolyzed into amino acids by HCl.After derivatization amino acids are tested by HPLC.The evaluation method for damaged hair by amino acid content measurement in hair was established.The relative standard deviations(Cystine test) was 1.12 % and recovery was 98.58 %.The test results showed that dyeing,bleaching and perm would lead to Cystine loss in hair.Cystine content decreased with the increase of bleaching time and dosage.
