摘要
虚拟参考咨询服务突破了传统参考咨询服务中存在的对服务时空、资源共享、服务标准或服务质量参差不齐的制约,构建系统模型就能够全面提高目前图书馆为读者提供服务的层次与质量。文章就构建高校图书馆虚拟参考咨询系统模型作一探讨,并提出了系统中的几个改进与优化策略。
Virtual reference service has broken through the restriction of time and space, resource shanng, service standards and uneven quality of services in the traditional service, and building a system model of VRS can fully expand the level and quality of library services for users. The paper discusses the establishment of the model of VRS in university libraries, and put forwards some strategies for improvement and optimization.
