Virtual learning community plays an important role in the-field of professional exchange of college students and teachers. In this paper, the exploration and study of Web2.0 technology is conducted based on the virtual learning community, in order to use the concept and technology of Web2.0 and to give full play to the advantages of the Internet so as to better carry out the autonomous learning, constructing an autonomous virtual learning community on the basis of Web2.0 professional network.
