摘要
对我国农村和城市医疗服务体系发展历程进行了概述,对其存在的问题做出了分析,论述了医改对农村三级医疗服务体系的影响。在此基础上,本文提出了三个待探讨的问题,即医疗服务体系的结构应对应医疗服务需求;二级医院在城市医疗服务体系中的作用;筹资模式对医疗服务体系的影响。
An overview of the development history of China＇s urban and rural health service system and its problems are discussed.The influences of new healthcare reform to rural healthcare system.On this basis,three topics involves health care delivery system should match health demands,the roles of secondary hospital in urban health delivery system and the influences of financial mode on health care delivery system
