摘要
目的:以北京某儿科综合三甲医院为例,了解儿科医务人员工作压力现状及其影响因素。方法:采用等距随机抽样方法,运用中文版知觉压力量表(CPSS)对北京市某儿科综合三甲医院进行测试,分析儿科医务人员中的高水平压力,即健康危险性压力(HRS)的发生率,运用单因素方差分析社会人口学特征及其他变量,运用二分类logistic回归分析其影响因素。结果:研究样本中工作压力CPSS均值为25.07±5.85,HRS发生率为47.30%,医务人员在从事职业岗位、从医工龄、子女情况、家庭经济情况方面各组间有显著性差异;医务人员HRS发生率与每周参加体育锻炼次数、是否患有慢性病、工作中医患诊疗、管理及人际关系有关。结论:儿科医务人员工作压力较大已经成为一个严重的心理健康问题,值得社会及医疗管理者关注;如果长期失衡,得不到有效地缓解则会影响到对患儿的医疗服务质量。
Objectives: To explore the job stress and influence factors in pediatric staffs by case study in a top tertiary special hospital.Methods: Systematic random samples were used to choose the respondents in a Children's Hospital in Beijing.The job stress was measured by the Chinese Perceived Stress Scales(CPSS).Distribution of health risk stress(HRS),and analysis of the influence factors.One-Way ANOVA was be used to analyze the socio-demographic characteristics and other variables,Binary Logistic was be used to identify the influence factors of HRS.Results: The mean score for the total sample was 25.07±5.85,and the overall prevalence of HRS was 47.30%.The statistically difference is significant among the pediatric staffs with different profession,working time,Children situation,family economics;The rate of HRS was related to rate of weekly exercise frequency,Whether have a chronic disease,doctor-patient relationship,management and interpersonal relationship.Conclusions: Job stress in pediatric staffs becomes a serious health problem which requires to pay more attention by the Government and the managers of the hospital.
