摘要
当前,地市级公立医院改革已开始了破冰之旅。文章以改革目标为导向、结合地区特色,建立了浙江省地市级公立医院改革绩效评价体系,旨在通过"以评促建"的方式,进一步提高公立医院的改革积极性与服务水准,指导与规范其改革实践,为其他地市级公立医院改革提供参考。
Municipal public hospital reform has been carried out.Municipal public hospital reform performance assessment system which guided by reform goal and met local situation in Zhejiang Province has been created.The purposes of this assessment include further improving public hospital＇s enthusiasm and medical service capacity,guiding and regulating pubic hospital reform and giving reference for others.
