摘要
随着服务经济的出现及体验经济时代的到来,就诊者对医院服务需求的层次不断提高。作者遵循"生物-心理-社会"新医学模式,在提出舒心服务模式的理论基础上,借鉴商业经济和服务经济中的定制服务理论,并深入分析现实医疗服务中遇到的问题,提出就诊者同步参与、事先定制、动态调整并满足就诊者功能性、人本性、经济性三项服务需求的定制医疗模式,同时探讨了其实施的可行性及面临的问题。文章认为通过提高医务人员对自身角色及新医学模式的认知,充分运用成熟的信息技术平台,实践、试行并完善该模式,将有力提升医院服务水平、增进医患和谐,可望将医院服务推向一个新的现代化时代。
As the service economy and experience economy epoch coming,the patients' needs for hospital service are continuously improving.Followed the "Biological-Psychological-Social" new medical mode,and based on the theory of customized services in the commercial economy and service economy,the author draws on the theory of comfort service mode and does an in-depth analysis on the problems that encountered in practice.The author advances the customized medical service mode includes patient synchronous participation,prior customization,dynamic adjustment and meets the patient's functional demands,humanistic demands and financial demands.The feasibility and problems in implementation are also discussed.By the measures of raising the medical staff's role cognitive and the new medical mode understanding,making full use of information technology platform,implementing this mode can improve hospital service,promoting hospital and patient relationship and help hospital coming to a new period.
