从时间、质量、成本和服务四个方面阐述了东阳市人民医院近年来对门诊服务流程的一系列优化措施的效果,认为医院需要从医疗服务的成本费用出发,深入思索能够兼备医疗服务效率与医疗成本优势的服务方式,为患者提供更多更便捷、安全、经济的门诊医疗服务。
The effectiveness of outpatient service process optimization in Dongyang People＇s Hospital are introduced in aspects of time,quality,cost and service.In view of decreasing cost,hospital needs to apply process which can both improve medical service efficiency and decrease cost to give convenient,safe and economic outpatient service.
