摘要
分析了公立医院绩效薪酬体系设计中有待解决的问题,指出合理的绩效总额设计应保证激励的有效性、兼顾医院运行的平稳性,通过精准的岗位评价建立公平的绩效分配基础,通过科学合理的考核指标体系实现对业绩与效率的奖励、指导科室与成员的提升与成长。
Problems on designing performance compensation system in public hospital are analyzed.It is considered that rational total quantity of performance compensation design needs assuring incentive and hospital finance stability as well.With the measures of creating equity performance allocation by accuracy post assessment and effective incentive mechanism by rational assessment index system,efficiency and contribution is encouraged,which can help department and its staff's promotion.
