摘要
自行设计调查问卷,对医院380名在职护士进行问卷调查分析不同级别护士培训需求。结果显示能级不同程度的交叉使不同级别护士的培训需求客观上存在一定的交集,但又不尽相同;一、二级护士选择研讨会培训形式意愿较低,三、四级护士对课堂教授和实际工作中学习意愿较低,其余各级别对应培训形式项选择频数均在50%以上;影响参加培训的两个最重要因素为培训课程不适应需求和师资水平低。因此,针对不同层级护士需先分析其能级进阶培训需求,再设计分层培训课题体系,并提供多形式培训方式,同时努力降低影响培训的负面因素,以提高培训效果。
Training demands on 380 in-service nurses who have different levels of nursing skill were analyzed by self designed questionnaires.It showed that there was a mixed training demand between different nursing skill nurses.Primary nurses were reluctant to select seminar training mode.Senior nurses seldom choose the mode of class-teaching and learning through practical work.And the rest training modes frequency selected by relative levels of nurses remains above 50%.After analysis,it turns out there are two key factors affecting the training popularity,to point it out,one is none demands content,and the other is low teaching resources levels.Therefore,it suggests that we firstly analyze the training demands for advanced promotions of hierarchical nurses,secondly design hierarchical training topics system,and further provide them with a variety of training modes to upgrade the training effect and decrease negative factors.
