摘要
学科馆员嵌入医院科研一线提供学科化服务是图书馆适应新形势和新需求而诞生的一种新型服务模式。通过对学科化服务背景的介绍,探讨了开展嵌入科研服务存在的问题,认为开展嵌入科研服务,应制定切实可行的服务计划与方案,开展科研用户信息需求调研,建立学科化服务网络交流平台,并针对用户需求设计学科化服务产品,同时开展面向科研用户的服务营销。
Discipline librarian embedded hospital research to provide a line of discipline service of library is a new service mode that adapts to the new situation and new requirements.Based on the introduction of the background of discipline service,problems that embedded in research service are discussed.The development of embedded research service should make feasible service plan and scheme to carry out user＇s information demand research,establish discipline service network communication platform,and design of discipline service products according to user needs,at the same time to carry out research oriented user service marketing.
