摘要
对北京地区22家公立精神病院的建筑规模和用地情况的现状进行了调研,分析了多数精神病院用地严重不足的原因,找出了需要注意的问题,并结合国家相关标准,提出了解决问题的可行性建议。
The status of construction scale and land use standards in 22 mental hospitals in Beijing were investigated.It showed that the construction scale was gravely insufficient according to the land use standards.The causes and key points were analyzed and according to national standards,suggestions were presented.
