在中国医药卫生体制改革深入推进的背景下,中国医学科学院皮肤病医院在"十二五"发展规划中提出了建设"国际知名、国内领先科教型专科医院"的目标。从优化学科建设,加大投入建设科研平台,注重人才培养与引进,完善科研激励,促进科学研究等方面阐述了建设以疾病研究为导向的学科队伍。指出建设科教型专科医院,应统一思想认识,处理好有关体制问题,组建好学科队伍,加强绩效考核体系建设,开展科研成果转化,注重医院品牌。

Under the background of the deepening medical and health system reform in China,Skin Disease Hospital in Chinese Academy of Medical Sciences set an objective which is to construct a internationally known and domestic leading specialized research and education type hospital.In aspects of optimizing discipline construction,strengthening research platform building,highlighting on human resources training and instruction,promoting research incentive and improving discipline research,how to build a disease research oriented discipline team are discussed.Building a research and education type specialized hospital needs to seek common ideological,overcome institutional problems,build discipline team,strengthen performance assessment system,develop research outcome transferred to application and protect hospital brand.
