摘要
文中提出了广义法矢的概念 ,并基于此定义推出了圆柱端铣刀的包络面计算公式 ,给出了包络面的离散误差控制方法 .文中提出的包络面计算方法可推广到任意凸体的运动包络面计算 。
The definition of broad sense normal vector is presented and the formula of end cutter envelope surface is given based on it. In order to express envelope surface, the discrete error control method is given. The envelope surface algorithm presented in this paper can be extended to calculate the moving envelope surface of general convex object. This algorithm may be applied to the verification of kinematic mechanism and path planning of robots.
