摘要
2013年4月16日,国际综合报告理事会(IIRC)发布国际综合报告框架征求意见稿,面向全球征求意见。这是IIRC和国际会计行业专家致力于推动传统财务报告模式创新和改革的重要成果。李勇会长代表中国会计行业和中国注册会计师协会,对IIRC和国际会计界的前瞻精神表示敬意,对这一重要成果的取得表示祝贺。IIRC由英国威尔士亲王可持续性会计项目、国际会计师联合会和全球报告倡议组织于2010年8月2日发起成立,现有49名委员,主要来自联合国、国际证监会组织(IOSCO)、国际货币基金组织、国际会计师联合会、国际会计准则理事会等重要国际组织,以及大学教授、国际会计公司、会计职业组织和企业的负责人等。IIRC的宗旨是促进综合报告理念的推广、建立综合报告框架并推动其在全球范围内的认可和采纳。财政部副部长、中注协会长李勇同志担任IIRC委员。
On April 16, 2013, the International Integrated Reporting Council (hereafter referred to as IIRC) released the Consultation Draft of Inter national Integrated Reporting Framework for global comments. This is a remarkable achievement of IIRC and global accounting experts in promoting the innovation and reform of traditional financial reporting model. On behalf of Chinese accountancy profession and CICPA, Mr. Li Yong, President of CICPA, extended his appreciations for the forward-looking spirits of IIRC and global accountancy profession, and congratulations on this important achievement. Mr. Li express ed t hat Chines e accountancy profession and CICPA have actively supported and participated in the development of international integrated reporting framework, and have been trying to make our efforts in promoting corporate report reform and the achievements to global counterparts for interactions.
