陈毓圭秘书长在全国秘书长工作(视频)会上明确提出2013年工作的指导思想,即认真学习彻党的十八大精神,紧紧围绕服务国家建设主题和诚信建设主线,积极践行群众路线,深入开展行业"诚信文化建设年"话动,全面深化行业发展各项战略、进一步加强行业监管和服务。并进一步提出以落实扶持措施为重点,继续推进做强做大战略:以人才培养规划为指导,深化人才培养战略以狠抓准则实施重点,巩固准则国际趋同成果;以提升服务能力为重点,深化新业务拓展战略;以实现信息整合应用为重点,扎实推进行业信息化战略等8个领域的33大项工作,同时,对于如何做好2013年行业工作提出要求.
Dr. Chen Yugui, Vice President and Secretar y General of CICPA laid out the 2013 guiding philosophy of work, which closely focus on the main theme of serving national construction and integrity, covering the entire profession and client base, promote the 'Year of Integrity' event, comprehensively deepening all developing strategies, and further strengthen regulation and service to the CPA profession. In addition, the Institute’s 2013 plan covers 8 areas and 33 big projects, including: implementation of supportive measures as a priority and continue to promote the strategy of developing stronger and larger accounting firms; to use the plan of cultivating professional talents as a guidance and deepen the strategy of professional talents cultivation; to consider the application of standards as a priority and consolidate the achievements made by international convergence; to consider the improvement of service as a priority and further promote the strategy of expanding non-audit services; and to consider the integration and application of information as a priority and effectively push forward the strategy of informatization.
