连续有序动态微液团混合法制备纳米WO_3

摘要 利用连续有序动态微液团混合法制备了纳米WO3粉体,并利用TEM,XRD,TG/DTA等检测手段对其进行了表征。讨论了反应溶液、沉淀剂的浓度、焙烧温度等因素对粉体形貌和粒径的影响。得到的纳米WO3粉体前驱体钨酸,为粒径20~40nm的片状钨酸小晶粒,经400~600℃焙烧,获得了粒径为30~50nm的WO3纳米粉体。 The nanometer WO3 powder is prepared by continuous orderly dynamic liquid mixing method.The experiment methods of TG-DTA,XRD and TEM are employed to characterize the thermochemical behaviors.In the process of preparing nanometer WO3 powder,the effects of reactant concentration,precipitants,roasting temperature,speed of stirring,dosage of dispersant and aging on the products are studied and the optimum process conditions are determined.The particle size of a small grain of the tabular tungstic acid of 20~40 nm is obtained as a precursor of nano tungsten trioxide powder.Then calcined at 400~600 ℃,the precursor becomes a particle size of 30~50 nm of tungsten trioxide nanopowder.
