摘要
采用WCT-2A型微机差热天平,对WC-Fe基合金进行差热分析,结合宏观组织及显微组织观察,研究了CeO2添加量对WC-Fe基合金的熔化过程的影响,并与未加CeO2进行了比较。对DTA曲线的分析表明,CeO2的加入能够显著降低WC-Fe基合金的熔融温度,且该温度随CeO2添加量的增加而降低。对不同CeO2含量的WC-Fe基合金微观组织观察发现,CeO2能够促进大块WC分解细化,改变WC的组织形貌,改善涂层表面质量;随CeO2添加量增加,WC晶粒变得更圆滑。
A differential thermal analysis is carried out on WC-Fe base alloy using WCT-2A microcomputer differential thermal balance.By combining with the macrostructure and microstructure observation,the effect of CeO2 content on melting process of WC-Fe base alloy is studied,which is compared with and without CeO2.By analyzing DTA curve,it shows that the addition of CeO2 can significantly reduce WC-Fe base alloy melting temperature,and the temperature is decreased with the increasing of the added amount of CeO2.Observing the microstructure of WC-Fe base alloy with different CeO2 content indicates that CeO2 can promote large WC breaks down,change the structure morphology of WC and improve the quality of coating surface.With the increasing of CeO2,WC grain size becomes more pliable.
